Tom Leddy is one of the busiest drummers in the Chicago
area. Fluent in any style or musical setting, he can be
seen around town performing with some of Chicago’s top
bands and musicians.
Education:
Indiana University and Depaul University -- BM in Jazz
Studies.
On Staff at Hersey H.S and Elk Grove H.S. where Tom
teaches percussion.

Tom has played/recorded with and/or appeared on the same

Jak Makral, The Pete Special Band, Hootie and the
Blowfish, Cheap Trick, Eddie Vedder, The BoDeans,
Natalie Cole, Rick Danko of The Band, Randy Brecker,
Dick Clark, Robert Hurst, Scott Wendholt and Shawn
Pelton.

Wrigley field, Toronto Blues Fest, Chicago Blues Fest,
Taste of Chicago, Montreaux Jazz Festival, The House of
Blues, The Park West, The Pheasant Run Dinner Theater,
The Vic Theater, SFGA, Buddy Guy’s Legends, CBGB’s, The
Ritz, United Center, Navy Pier, LA- Universal
Studio’s(soundstage) and Las Vegas.
Tom as played for these special functions:
Fundraiser for President Clinton, Ex-Governor
Blagojevich, Guitar Center Drum Off Regional Finals,
Tanqueray Rocks Talent Contest, toured Europe with
various bands, appeared on Big Break TV show, JBTV, WXRT,
Kevin Mathews Show, WLUP, WCBR, Mike North Show and
local access cable TV.
